Scope and Content Cross-slab at Largo, Fife This cross-slab now stands outside the parish church at Largo. It was originally found it two pieces, one of which was being used as a drain cover. The stone was moved to Midlothian before being returned to Largo. This is a drawing of the stone which appeared in John Stuart's 1856 publication 'The Sculptured Stones of Scotland'. This side has three horsemen with some hounds carved on it. At the bottom is a Pictish Beast. The stone also has a double-disc and Z-rod. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
