Scope and Content Elevation of Falkland Town-house (also known as 'Falkland Town Hall'), Fife Falkland Town-house replaced an earlier tolbooth described as 'in indifferent repair'. The architect also won the building contract. The Town-house was probably built on the site of the old tolbooth. The steeple would have been more noticeable before the building opposite was enlarged.
