Scope and Content Broch at Dun Telve, Glenelg, Lochalsh, Highland The broch at Dun Telve is one of the most impressive there is. About one third of the wall still stands to over 10 m high. A number of stone lamps, quernstones and whorls were found in 1914 when the broch was cleared out. This is a view of the broch. To the right the wall can be seen at its highest. It drops off to the left until it only survives to first floor level. The entrance can just be seen on the left side of the structure. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
