Scope and Content Grain-dryer and silo, east of main steading, Edenwood Steading, Fife Edenwood Steading was begun before 1854 as the home farm of the nearby Edenwood House. Over the next century the complex expanded as various new buildings were added. Grain is stored in this corrugated metal 'BENTALL' silo installed in the 1970s. An electric fan forces hot air from a portable gas burner through the silo to dry the grain. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
