Scope and Content Pre-restoration view of first-floor hall, Bay House, 1 Panha', Dysart, Fife Bay House was built in 1583 for Patrick Sinclair during the time when there was still a pier on Panha'. It was restored in 1969 by The National Trust for Scotland. This shows the first-floor hall of the main block in 1969 before it was restored. A partition divides the large central fireplace.
