Scope and Content Titled: "No 2. S". Signed and dated "J Dick Peddie, Architect, Edinr. 10 Nelson Street. 13th June 1853." These plans appear to be for the site 154-166 Canongate, "Sugarhouse Close", which was the property of William MacFie, a sugar merchant. These plans differ from the tenement at 154-166 as executed and are likely an alternative draft of the plans for this site.
