Description Photographic copy of print with this written on back of first print:- "This shows the Pulpit, in more detail with its narrow doorway leading to the steps up to the platform. The lectern would stand at the front edge of the platform and the corner of the window jamb has been purposely cut back to enable the reader to be more easily seen and heard by those at the further end of the Hall. The book recess is conveniently place on his left had side"
