Scope and Content Mosaic on Rose Street frontage of Rose Street Foundry Office, 96-104 Academy Street, Inverness, Highland Rose Street Foundry Office was built in 1893 to plans by Ross and MacBeth. The building is remarkable for its mosaics depicting foundrymen at work. This mosaic in the arch above one of the windows of the Rose Street frontage depicts molten iron being poured.
