Scope and Content Central mosaic on Academy Street frontage of Rose Street Foundry Office, 96-104 Academy Street, Inverness, Highland Rose Street Foundry Office was built in 1893 to plans by Ross and MacBeth. The building is remarkable for its mosaics depicting foundrymen at work. This mosaic in the arch above the central windows of the Academy Street frontage depicts heavy machinery being manufactured.
