Drawings include materials copied from a portfolio from architects Peddie and Kinnear, Edinburgh, dated 1864; a portfolio of plans of proposed terraced houses from architect Andrew Black, Galashiels, dated April 1897; and undated plans and elevations of Torwoodlee House from a small leather-bound book.
