Scope and Content A collection of 26 early photographs and glass negatives of buildings in Fife including St Monans, Anstruther, Grangemuir House, Balcaskie Castle, Pittenweem, St Andrews, Isle of May Lighthouse, Crail and Kellie Castle, taken around 1880 to 1885.
Archive History Photographs likely taken by the professional photographer William Easton (1860-1929), he was based in St Monans, Fife. Many of the photographs have been recorded with 'W.E' on the negatives.
