Scope and Content Large black and white mounted photograph, labelled in ink: 'Castlecary Foundations of N. wall 1902', and in pencil 'Similar photograph xxxvii 299'. Also noted on reverse, in ink: "Castle Cary, Stirlingshire. East wall of Fort 8 feet thick'; and a pencil diagram of fort and wall, two sides of which are labelled in pencil 'Fort surrounded by a stone wall' and 'Roman Wall'.
