Scope and Content The nurseries and Floral Hall are to the left of the Aqua dome and sited in the walled garden of Bught House. Behind the Aqua dome is Queen's Park. The Tomnahurich swing bridge is at top of picture and Torvean Golf course is on the far side of the canal. Loch Ness House Hotel is at top centre. The West Link Road, under construction when this photo was taken, sweeps round from top left. It was opened in 2017. An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of this development and prehistoric remains were uncovered, but none of this is at present (2020) on the record.
