Scope and Content This image shows the A835 Inverness-Ullapool road as it passes N at the base of the Black Isle. The development at the centre of the image is the new (2020) Greenhill Business Park, housing numerous industrial firms. The site is carved out of Mullens Wood, which contained hut circles and field systems. The croft land in the photo is of Kilcoy, Newton of Ferrintosh, Newton of Kinkell. The Cromarty Firth is at top R corner. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
