Scope and Content The image is centred on the ruins of the main settlement at Urchany, called Claiginn on old estate maps. The remains of three dwellings are clearly seen, although there are less conspicuous remains here, identified during an extensive survey of the area by North of Scotland Archaeological Society in 2015.
