Scope and Content Hedgefield House (centre foreground, with yellow containers and construction underway in grounds), is an 1821 B-listed residence converted into a WW 1 memorial hospital, with stable block and walled garden; subsequently occupied by Inverness College before sale for residential development. At lower right, with large rectangular lawn, is St Ninian's Roman Catholic Church, a 1977 rebuild of the 1960 church, on the site of a 19th-C convent. The image only shows its rear elevation; the front view is striking. Between St Ninian's and the river. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
