Scope and Content This intermediate station on the Inverness-Aviemore ('direct') main line of the former Highland Railway was opened on 1 November 1898; it was grouped into the London, Midland and Scottish Railway in 1923 and closed to regular passenger traffic on 3 May 1965. The line itself remains in regular use by passenger traffic. Part of the west platform is clearly visible. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
