Scope and Content A close view of the E end of Dingwall. On the right the first cluster of buildings includes the Drill Hall with the covered walkway and associated buildings. In the fields below and to the right are rifle ranges. Above the Drill Hall are the 19th century David Ross Lodge, Memorial Hospital and Isolation Wing. This has now (2020) become the Dingwall Community Hospital, part of the NHS. The final buildings on the right before the railway bridge are the 19th century Courthouse, Prison and Police Station with the football ground to their right.
