Scope and Content A general view of Mulchaich with the chambered cairn on a mound in the centre of the lower right quadrant. To its left the site of the western township is the site of an important 18th century distillery producing Ferintosh Malt. Silver cottage lies right of the ploughed field below the settlement and the Free Church Manse just visible below it to the right. In the centre of the photograph the patch of rough ground indicates the site of the east township. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
