Scope and Content A general view of the SW of Beauly encircled by the railway line. The 19th century railway station lies on the left of the track on the far side of the main road which runs right to left across the centre of the image, with the railway bridge over the River Beauly towards the top. At the left hand end of the main road and on its far side a 19th century shop front of three large windows is visible and diagonally opposite to its right on this side of the road the back of the impressive Lovat Arms Hotel. A Little further right is the Library and Village Hall. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
