Scope and Content The Burgh Police were re-located temporarily to the former Dr Bell's School in Farraline Park when their original police station was demolished as part of the Bridge Street development. In 1975 a new police station was opened at Inshes, and when the force was reorganised in the 1990s, a new town centre police station was built in Burnett Road and the Inshes building became the Area Command Centre. This building was erected behind the 1970s one which was demolished to make the car park. The Inshes Retail Park is at top of picture. There is very little of archaeological interest in this area. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
