Scope and Content The dual carriageway of the A9 is to right and Longman roundabout beyond. The football stadium is in the centre and behind it a travellers' caravan site. The area became a military airfield in 1932, although little remains apart from a Bellman hangar. To the right is the Longman industrial estate.
