Scope and Content This is a close view of Mulchaich West, the site of a township, and local tradition suggests that some of the buildings are associated with the Ferintosh distillery established in the C18. The site was cleared and surveyed by NOSAS in 2009. There is a chambered cairn beside the township and the old schoolhouse is to its right.
