Scope and Content This part of Essich Moor, near Achvraid, has an extensive settlement and field system, surveyed by the Ordnance Survey in 1970. To the R of centre is one of eight hut circles identified by that survey. From the evidence recorded at MHG3534 on the Historic Environment Record it is not possible to say which letter roundhouse this is. The long line of Carn Glas Neolithic cairn lies obliquely across the bottom L corner of the photo. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
