Scope and Content Fortrose Bay with Rosemarkie in the distance. Ness Gap archaeology assessment in 2006 found no points of interest in the area of new houses off Ness Drive, to the L of the photo. The lines in the ground could be drainage channels in preparation for the later phase of housing. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
