Scope and Content A view of the Hill Fort of Knock Farrel on the spine of the hill, with a vitrified length of walls. Outside are traces of another wall, possibly an older fort. At the NW and SW ends are sub rectangular vitrified enclosures. The site is in the atlas of Hill Forts of Britain. At the foot on the hill slope on the south side there was crofting township, references on HER. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
