Date 22/1/2010
Collection Papers of James Sloan Bone, landscape historian, Inverness, Highland, Scotland
Catalogue Number DP 341954
Category On-line Digital Images
Scope and Content The linear boundary bank or dyke shown here has no boundary stones marked unlike the boundary to the W, as shown on the OS 1st edition. The track/s, approximately paralleling the Allt na Criche, on the 1880 OS Its edition peter out in Coire Buidhe and possibly relate to peat cuttings. However HC HER MHG29193 records a possible droving inn at NH 51922 63122 which may suggest a more ancient route. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
