Scope and Content A wide view with Inverness Airport in the lower centre. At the right hand end of the triangular field in the foreground a barrow cemetery has been identified and to its left an enclosure. In the centre of the photograph the airport approach road arcs left towards a detached clump of trees. Here a variety of pits, hearths and mounds of probable 19th century date have been found, and in the far left centre some of the outbuildings of Culblair farmstead are visible.
