Scope and Content This distant view shows Embo in context with the Dornoch Firth in the foreground and Loch Fleet to the left. The caravan site at centre is Grannie's Hielan Home. Beyond it is the 19th century fishing village of Embo. The site of the previous Embo Castle is in the trees at L, at the corner of the rape field.
