Scope and Content New and old crofts and field systems. The edge of one landing place and full scope of another is visible in the picture. The old building at top R of the photo is a Category B listed building, ID79370 and LB7908. The cottage, lived in apparently until 1981, is listed as having a ‘thatched roof held down with wire netting stones’, with a ‘small rubble thatched outbuilding’. The cottage and outbuilding were listed together in 1982 - the ‘only thatched “lum” remaining in Ross and Cromarty District.
