Scope and Content Kilphedir-More is the site of one of seven churches recorded in Strathbrora in the 14th century. The remains shown here are all part of a post medieval farmstead centred on a longhouse (at NC 78776 10245, at top R) with associated buildings and two stone walled enclosures. Note there are remnant rigs surviving below (N of) the left-hand enclosure and to the right (W) of other smaller enclosure. There is also a small building and enclosure on the higher ground to the S at NC 78700 10106. The HER and Canmore records group this with the settlement of Torseiller centred to the NE. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
