Scope and Content A general view of part of the crofting settlement at Birichen and Lednabirichen, W of Evelix and Dornoch. There is a dearth of archaeological recording for most of the flat crofting land that fills the centre of the image. Harriet Plantation fills the top R quarter, containing a burial cairn, enclosures and the remains of previous settlements. The rounded hill of Cnoc Odhair on the Dornoch Firth is at top R.
