Scope and Content This is a general view looking towards Newhall Point and Invergordon from the NW side of the Black Isle. The oil rigs parked in the Cromarty Firth are a familiar sight. At bottom left there is a disused quarry with the site of the fermtoun of Lower Eathie. The farm at the centre of the photo is Eathie Mains.
