Scope and Content A close view of part of the former township with cultivation ridges, consumption dykes and enclosures within a field system dominating the image. There are longhouses to left and right of the lower centre and another far left on the edge of the image. Above and just left of the right hand longhouse a drying kiln has been built into a steep bank. Above the kiln and also at the far end of the ridge that runs left and diagonally upwards the faints outlines of possible earlier enclosures and buildings can be seen.
