Scope and Content This is a close view of an intriguing site within the wider prehistoric landscape between Lochs Ashie and Duntelchaig. It's a large circular enclosure, believed to be for stock and associated with a drove road. The area is also recorded as a traditional site of a battle between Fingal and Ashie, the son of a Norwegian king.
