Scope and Content This image shows the long ridge W of Inverness, with Kinmylies and the now western suburbs of Inverness to its L (East). The psychiatric hospitals of Craig Dunain and Craig Phadrig, with new Craigs under construction, are visible at L. Craig Phadrig fort is just visible in the trees, below centre, illustrating its commanding position with Dunain Hill and its masts at top centre.
