Scope and Content This is a close view of Ben Griam Beg, which is in the record as the highest hill fort in Scotland, but the number of enclosures below the fort raises questions about what exactly this site is. A late C19 source suggests that it was used as a deer trap after the fort was abandoned. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
