Scope and Content Bettyhill is a village on the north coast of Scotland at the mouth of the River Naver. It was established by the Countess of Sutherland to accommodate people cleared from Strathnaver, specifically the inhabitants of Rosal, and was named after her. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
