Scope and Content This view shows the Kilmorack Power Station and Dam (Canmore ID 171639) in the River Beauly 3kms west of the village of Beauly. The road traversing Strathglass from Beauly to Cannich, the A831, can be seen on the north side of the river, with Kilmorack Church (Canmore ID 100534) now an art gallery and cemetery (Canmore ID 104511 ), on the lower edge of the burial ground. On the south side of the road in the left half of the view the previous Old Burial Ground (Canmore ID 228895) and the remains of the Old Parish Church of St Maroc (Canmore ID 12384) are seen. Kilmorack Manse (Canmore ID 228924) is the large house on the left edge of the view. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
