Scope and Content The Lochardil estate was developed for housing in the 1960s and only the Lochardil Hotel is on the record. The Lochardil House Hotel is at bottom centre of picture. Lochardil House was built in 1876-78 and became a hotel in 1956. Lochardil Primary School, opened in 1964, is above the hotel. At bottom right corner the gap site on Stratherrick Road is being developed as Stratherrick Gardens. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
