Scope and Content The principal feature in this image is the vitrified dun, possibly 6-7th-C BC, on Torr an Fhamhair. The dun, excavated in the 1930s, is the bare, rounded top surrounded by woodland, in upper right sector of view. The woodland, in turn, was surrounded by a plantation dyke. Rahoy Lodge, in foreground, is a late 18th-C tacksman's house. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
