Scope and Content This is a very general view of the south and west of Inverness looking towards Loch Ness at top of picture. Lochs Ashie and Duntelchaig are at top left. Very few sites can be easily identified, but the High School (opened on this site in 1937) is at centre bottom and Tomnahurich cemetery (laid out in 1863) is just above it towards the centre of the photo.
