Scope and Content Croy is a small village with an estate of C20 council houses which can be seen at the bottom of the picture. The Primary School is in the centre. There has been a school in Croy since 1872 but this building was replaced in 1998. The original bell-tower was incorporated into the new building. The Parish Church (built 1764) and graveyard are just coming into view at top right with Mains of Croy beside it.
