Scope and Content Photographic copies of drawings dated between 1872 and 1960 for Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Includes designs for the original building by David Bryce, 1875 and designs for additions by Sydney Mitchell & Wilson, 1896.

Archive History Previously catalogued as Collection 262/136. This accession number previously applied to the original drawings themselves which were deposited with RCAHMS by RMJM Architects. The drawings had come to RMJM from Lothian Health Board when the company was appointed to work on the redevelopment of the Infirmary in the late 1950s or early 1960s. The original drawings have now been deaccessioned and transferred to Lothian Health Archives, Edinburgh University Special Collections.
