Scope and Content Standing stone at Uyea Breck, Unst, Shetland This standing stone at Uyea Breck is set on a slope overlooking Skuda Sound and the island of Uyea. Most of the standing stones on the island are squat boulders. This one is unusual in that it is tall and slender. This is a view of the stone. The monolith is of schist. This was a good stone to use when wanting taller standing stones. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
