Scope and Content Interior of warehouse inside main block of Cardy Net Manufactory at Lower Largo, Fife Cardy Net Manufactory was built by David Gillies to plans dated 1867. Though an industrial building, it was built complete with a walled garden and a mansion for the owner. Though this photograph was taken in 1978, it probably shows the warehouse as it was shortly after the factory was closed in 1958. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
