Description Interior. Distillery building, south range, grain miling area. Detail of stone pillar on east wall used. This would have supported the overhead main drive from which a belt and pulley system would have been fitted. This would allow the driving of machinery on the ground and upper floors if necessary. The grain miling area would have contained mill stones which ground the dried, malted barley into a meal.
