Description Interior. Distillery building, south range, view of circular recess for flywheel and adjacent arched opening to engine house. This would have supported the overhead main drive from which a belt and pulley system would have been fitted. This would allow the driving of machinery on the ground and upper floors if necessary. The grain miling area would have contained mill stones which ground the dried, malted barley into a meal.
