Scope and Content Probably early 20th century single storey cottage, which has been modernised and is now in use as a holiday let. The cottage has a marram-thatched roof with a continuous thatched ridge. The entire thatch has been netted and weighted at the eaves with stones, secured to the netting with string. The string of stones is also continued around each of the chimney stacks at either gable end. There is also a thatched outbuilding to the north west of the cottage that has a recessed door opening and is thatched in the same manner as the cottage.
