Scope and Content Here we see the conveyor belts which would have carried the recipe of dry pulp (known as the furnish) to the pulping vessel. Here a liquified mix of fibres and water would be sent for processing to produce the stock required for the paper machine. Such pulping vessels replaced the 'beaters'.
